He was born in 1881 in Selanik. His father's name is Ali Rıza. His mother's name is Zübeyde Hanım. His brothers and sister ( Ahmet - Ömer - Fatma ) dead.

First, Mustafa went to Hafız Mehmet Efendi's school. After he changed his school for his father. His father's death year was 1888.

Mustafa won Selanik Military School in 1839.
